  • Check-in is after 4pm.
  • Checkout by 10am.

Property Access

  • The condo is located on the lower level.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed. The COA does not permit pets in the community for rentals.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Fees and Payments

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter in case of snow or ice. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals and kitchen basics (basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster).
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board & iron available.
  • High-speed internet, climate control, TV, and balcony included.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
  • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
